Shipping and Returns Policy

DELIVERY
Excluding PO boxes, it typically takes 5-10 business days for an order to be delivered within the 48 contiguous states. Please note: all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Beststepwear delivers only to addresses within the contiguous US, excluding military bases.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: 'STANDARD PLUS' AND 'LOWEST PRICE'
At checkout, you may choose between two options:
   'Standard Plus': This option provides free return shipping with no restocking fee (see full terms under "Returns"). It also includes priority customer support. To receive priority support, please include your order number when contacting us.
   'Lowest Price': Returns for items ordered with this option will incur standard return costs, including return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

You can submit a customer service request through the support page on our website or by clicking 'Contact Us' in your order confirmation email.

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will email you with instructions to update your shipping address in your account. Re-shipping an undeliverable item incurs an additional $7.99 shipping fee.

RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
   Final sale items (e.g., clearance, socks, underwear) are NOT eligible for return.
   We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear.

2. Return Process:
1.  Contact Us: Email: returns@beststepwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.  Get Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3.  Ship It Back: Send the item to:

    Include the RMA number inside the package.
4.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds:
   After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
   If approved, you will have two refund options:
     1. **Refund to Original Payment Method:** Processed within 5-10 business days.
     2. **Store Credit:** Issued immediately and valid for 12 months.
   Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchanges, contact us at support@beststepwear.com.

RISK OF LOSS
Beststepwear is the seller of record for purchases made from the United States. If you do not receive your package, contact us to file a carrier claim, provided the package was not sent to a freight forwarder and the loss did not occur after carrier drop-off. We may require a signed affidavit, identity verification, or a police report before reviewing a claim. Claims may be denied for reasons including, but not limited to:
   Proof of delivery (signature, photo evidence)
   Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  Claims filed more than 14 days after expected delivery
   Suspicious or fraudulent activity patterns
   Insufficient supporting evidence

Please note: For US buyers, any store credit issued as a refund expires exactly one year from the issue date.

PRICING, AVAILABILITY, AND TAXES
All prices and available inventory are subject to change without notice. If your order is canceled, the same item may not be available for repurchase, or may be available at a different price.
We collect Sales Tax for buyers in jurisdictions where we have a legal obligation to do so, based on your shipping address. Tax rates vary, and some states may include shipping fees in the tax calculation.
