Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and internationally.
1. Domestic U.S. Shipping:
Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class / UPS Ground): 5-10 business days.
   Cost: $5.99 or FREE on orders over $50.
   Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority / UPS 2-Day): 2-3 business days.
Cost: $14.99.
   Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day.
       Cost: $29.99.
   Processing time for all orders: 1-2 business days before shipment.
2. International Shipping:
   Available to select countries. Delivery times vary from 10 to 30 business days.
   Important: The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We declare the full value of the order on customs forms.
3. Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
4. Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Review

All orders are subject to fraud review, which may cause a delay in processing. Until you receive final purchase confirmation, please check your email and respond promptly to any verification requests. Your account may be temporarily placed on hold during the review period.
Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation:
Beststepwear reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion. If an order is canceled by us before shipment, you will not be charged. If an order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 15-25 business days for the refund to be credited to your account by your financial institution.

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.

   General Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. A refund will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
      Return costs depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:
   "Lowest Price" Option: Refund amount = item price − original and return shipping costs − a 15% restocking fee.
   "Standard Plus" Option: Return is free; no shipping or restocking fees are deducted.
   Refund Method: You can choose between a refund to your original payment method (processed within 5-10 business days) or immediate store credit valid for one year.

Return Condition Requirements:
1.  The shipment must contain only the item(s) being returned.
2.  Items must be in original, unworn condition: undamaged, with all original tags attached, no signs of wear (including sole wear), and no creases from trying on.
3.  You must use the return label and packing slip provided by us.
4.  Items must be shipped back in a sturdy, appropriately sized box.
5.  The return package must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label.

Return inspection may take up to 30 days from receipt at our warehouse. Beststepwear reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests.

 Important Information for Buyers

   Shipping, Contact, and Billing Information: Please review all information for accuracy before submitting your order. Note that we cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed.
   Disputes and Chargebacks: If you dispute a transaction, your account will be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved. You agree not to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider in circumvention of our Return Policy. Violation of this provision may result in order cancellations and future refusal of service.
